How to Use
Knee Isometric Exercises: Sit comfortably with your legs extended. Place the foam roller under your knee. Tighten your quadriceps by pressing the back of your knee down into the roller, hold for 5–10 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10–15 times on each leg.
Adductor Squeezes: Lie on your back with your knees bent and the foam roller placed between your knees. Squeeze the roller using your inner thighs, hold for 5–10 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10–15 times. These exercises can be incorporated into your daily routine to improve knee strength, enhance joint stability, and support overall knee health.
