We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Physio Equipment Shop. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals

Note: Due to hygiene and medical safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used items or products like heating pads, TENS units, or personal care items unless faulty.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of use or wear

  • Opened packaging of hygiene-sensitive items

  • Clearance or sale items


🔄 Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and photos (if damaged/defective)

  3. Once approved, send the product back via a tracked courier

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted after 3 days of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
