✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals
Note: Due to hygiene and medical safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used items or products like heating pads, TENS units, or personal care items unless faulty.

🔄 Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Share your order number, issue details, and photos (if damaged/defective)

Once approved, send the product back via a tracked courier
Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
